We’re looking for a creative and energetic marketer to join our Marketing & Campaigns team as Marketing
Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and
multi-channel campaigns to attract audiences to The Australian Ballet. You will work across a variety of projects,
supporting the company to exceed its commercial revenue goals and deliver world-class creative projects in-
line with the brand philosophy. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing team who deliver
work of the highest quality - no day will be the same!

What you’ll be doing:
· Develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns for mainstage performances, programs and other priorities as
assigned. This will include through-the-line campaign collateral, paid and owned media channels.
· Lead, develop and manage direct report to implement BIC integrated campaign strategies informed by
data and insight. Rollout based on campaign mix developed in consultation with the Head of Marketing
Campaigns.
· Liaise with external suppliers and partners (including venues and media agencies) to maximise all
opportunities and ensure optimum positioning and rates for The Australian Ballet.
· Respond proactively to sales performance for campaigns and programs.
· Contribute to the content program which will feed an email marketing strategy, digital advertising strategy
and social media calendar.
· Manage one direct report – Marketing Executive.

What experience you’ll need:
· Minimum five years’ experience developing strategies and executing marketing campaigns for iconic
brands
· A proven track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets
· An energetic, agile and passionate marketer
· A self-motivator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
· A strategic and innovative mindset
· A passion for brand, beauty and the creative industries
· Team management experience preferred.
