Role Highlights
· Digital all-rounder across web, email, CRM, and analytics.
· Coordinate and produce digital customer experiences along the customer lifecycle to embed automation, optimisation, and digital thinking across a range of customer touchpoints.
What you’ll be doing
· Develop personalised, automated, and dynamic sales and content-driven email and SMS programs to drive acquisition, content consumption to support revenue, retention, and engagement goals.
· Develop and coordinate customer journey mapping across channels.
· Delivery of performance reporting across web and email channels.
· Support the company with web updates, including setting up webpages, documentation, training, web triage, and testing.
· Contribute to CRM strategy, segmentation, and data governance and plan, including driving audience management and segmentation practices.
What experience you’ll need
· Experience with design and execution of digital marketing communications including automated email programs across email and web.
· Experience with digital analytics including the development of dashboards and reports.
· Experience with segmentation approaches, technologies, and cross-channel audience management.
· Experience using marketing automation platforms. Experience with Acoustic is preferred, but not mandatory.
· Experience using a variety of content management systems for web content publishing.
· Qualifications and experience in marketing, communications, or digital.
